How to Join:

1. Fill out the online membership application below or download and the paper membership application. (The NEW ADDRESS TO MAIL CHECKS TO IS 2714 Oak Ridge Court, Suite 601, Fort Myers, FL 33901...IGNORE THE ADDRESS ON THE APPLICATION!)

2. Pay annual dues online, over the phone (239-481-1411) or by mailing a check to 2714 Oak Ridge Court, Suite 601, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Annual Dues MUST be paid at time of application.

3. Attend the next luncheon to be announced as a New Member. RSVP required.

4. Attend a New Member Orientation to get acquainted with Christian Chamber benefits.
