Randy Krise bought his first piece of commercial property 32 years ago when he was 26 years old. Within one year, that purchase was worth more than five times what he paid for it. Randy has managed commercial income producing properties for himself and clients for more than 32 years. His experience runs the gamut from single family, multi-family, shopping centers and office properties. As a successful businessman, he understands budgets and the direction the business community is taking.
